
With the disruption caused to the usual schedule and club events we are going to hold a mini-AGM this year. It starts at 2:30 on Saturday (8th August).
We are combining it with a BBQ and the bar will be open. If necessary we may reduce numbers in the hall to ensure proper social distancing, the patio and surrounding area will be open.
Because of the COVID situation it will be a stripped-down AGM agenda, with quick updates, that should not take longer than 20-30 minutes in total:
1) Treasurer finance update
2) Chair projects update
3) Formal business, which is the addition of 2 items to the Club Rules, and the voting in of the board members.

All official club documents can be found here, the structure of the board, it's incumbents and all club rules can be found in there. Items 2.5 and 3.2 are the additions to club Rules, and are related to membership.
All board roles are voluntary, if you are interested in joining and contributing then please do get involved. We are always looking for people to help in various ways, a list of vacancies can be viewed here.
Everyone is welcome to the event, but it should be noted that the AGM is primarily for voting members, particularly any voting items.
